Q. How come the 2ga plug I purchased from you fits different than my old jewelry?
A. Depending on the flare, style and material of your jewelry it may fit a little differently. The Gauge (size) of the wearing "area" of our jewelry is very strictly monitored. Keep in mind that we sell many hand made items made from organic materials so a slight difference may occur but is rare and should not effect how your body jewelry looks and feels.

Q. I do not see the size, color or style of body jewelry I am looking for, can you special order for me?
A. Send us an email with the size, style and color of what you are looking for and our team find the perfect piece for you.

Q. What is the best way to stretch my ear lobes?
A. First, make sure your current piercing is fully healed, second you can either use a taper plug to slowly stretch your piercing to the next gauge. When you do decide to stretch do it slowly (don't rush from gauge to gauge), always remember to keep your ears very clean and taken care of. Using emu oil, vitamin E oil, or any non-petroleum based lotion into your ears everyday will keep your skin soft and flexible and make stretching easier.

Another technique we have heard of is taking a common household sponge and cutting it to 1.5 times the size of your current piecing size, wet the sponge and carefully put the wet sponge into the hole. Overnight the sponge will dry out and expand and slightly stretch the hole. Be very careful when you remove the sponge (best to do in the shower) and slowly remove the wet sponge.

Q. I don't understand "Gauges" can you explain what this means?
A.Sure, a "Gauge" is a term used in body jewelry to determine the size of the hole the jewelry fits through. Below is a guide from a standard earring hole which is about 18-20 gauge in size (so very small) up to 2" which is a very large Gauge. A "00" pronounced "Double Aught" which is about the size of a #2 Pencil.
